Hello. For About 3 Weeks I Have Been Experiencing Sharp

Hello. For about 3 weeks I have been experiencing sharp pains on and off in my left breast. I am 19 years old and healthy. These pains are very sharp and are in the same place every time. Most of the time I experience them when I am laying down and turn my body or I sit a certain way and move. I was in the shower standing up and felt my breast and the pain came back. Right now I have a small pain but its not as sharp.
