For around 2 weeks I have been feeing occasional numbness in my right upper abdomen. This morning I had sudden severe pain for about 15 minutes in that same area and below that felt like the most severe cramping ever. I had not eaten anything yet for the day when it occurred. I started my period yesterday and my flow has been very low.
