Hello. For The Last Few Months The Lower, Lateral Areas

Hello. For the last few months the lower, lateral areas of BOTH my wrist/hand (maybe the scaphoid bone) have had pain that comes and goes. It is made worse with extension and almost limits mobility due to pain. I actively lift weights and play guitar. I have no injury, the pain has been there for a while but, like I said, it comes and goes. Any answers? Thanks!
