Hello,
For the past 3 or 4 days I have been experiencing flashes of intense lower abdominal pain, which feels like a gripping. Sometimes I can get some relief from passing stool, which have been very smalll, but 'normal', not lke diarreah. The flashes of pain are intermittent, I can go several hours without it happenng, then suddenly it flars up again from nowhere. At first I thought it might be food poisoning, but it's been going on for a few days now.
