Hello, For The Past Four Days I Have Had The

Hello,
For the past four days I have had the worst headache of my life. The pain got worse when I moved and I was struggiling to put words together and open my eyes properly. My neck also feels tight and is burning, other than this I feel fine in my self. It's really itchy right where the glands in my neck are just below my chin. Any thoughts on what this could be?
