Hello, For The Past Month Or So Some Of My

Hello,
For the past month or so some of my muscles will randomly twitch. I notice it when I an still like sitting at work or driving or lying down. It is not painful at all. It's mostly in my arms and legs. Sometimes a muscle in my back will twitch. It seems like it is just a single muscle that will twitch in a way that I'm not able to move by myself without using multiple muscles. Ex. One muscle in the front of my thigh will twitch. If I try to move that same muscle in the same way, I have to use multiple thigh muscles so it doesn't feel the same as the twitch. While typing this message, three or four twitches in my legs occurred.

I am currently in mental health therapy and attending DBT group therapy as I work to recover from PTSD from some childhood trauma. I take medicine for migraines, depression and anxiety. I had a MTBI about three years ago and received speech and physical therapy. I take medication to help increase my thinking processing. I take Prilosec for heartburn. All these conditions and medications had been in place for some time before the muscle twitches started.

I am a 52 year old female. Moderately active. 5 feet 5 inches. 160 pounds--a bit over weight. Recent blood work showed all that cholesterol and that sort of suff is in good shape. My husband and I both have Master's degrees. Household income approximately $150,000. I work full time in a desk job. Married for 30 years. Have an 18 year old who is starting college next week. I have an 11 year old with ADHD, ASD, some learning defects. My 11 year old is doing pretty well now and we expect her to start attending the regular classes at school this year. Last year she was in mental health inpatient and residential treatment because she was having more behavioral and emotional issues than we could handle at home. Mostly I'm healthy and rarely get sick.

Thoughts? Thank you.
