Hello, For The Past Year And A Half I've Had

For the past year and a half I've had dizziness, some nausea, post nasal drip, some bronchial irritation, a dry cough, pain in my throat, eye pain, blurred vision and the feeling like my eyes are crossing. Also my anxiety is worse, I can't sleep through the night and I get easily fatigued during the day. I've been to an ENT specialist, I was tested for strep throat and laryngitis. I've taken antibiotics, but there has been no change. I notice now that my some of my family and friends are complaining of pain in their throats and have a dry cough, post nasal drip and dizziness, some have it worse than others. I'd like to add that the first time I felt the dizziness and nausea was after visiting my boyfriend. I got to his place and upon entering his house I was bitten on my leg by his dog. I washed the bite mark and then went about my day. That same night I slept over my boyfriends house and before bed I gave my boyfriend felatio and when I woke up in the middle of the night I felt nauseous. Also, my throat pain started a few months after that and it was after visiting my boyfriend again and giving him felatio again.
