Hello! For Weeks I Have Had Pain That Goes Through

Hello! For weeks I have had pain that goes through my abdomen like a spear. Sometimes it feels like something crawling around. But there is persistent aching also. I've been to see a nurse practitioner, she gave me pain medicine. Then I went to the hospital they said it was a sciatic nerve and constipation. I just did an Ayurvedic home prep cleansing to clear my bowels and hot baths. That didn't clear the pain. The pain is most intense in the morning while I'm still in bed.
