Hello Friday I Got A Retinal Migraine My Right Eye

Hello Friday i got a retinal migraine my right eye got blurry for a few minutes and then I got a headache , I still had a headache feeling today so I went to an optometrist my eyes are fine he said it was just a migraine but before when I looked online it showed I had similar symptoms to a stroke and it scared me can someone please tell me if I'm good and it was just really a migraine and I'm just being nervous
