From yesterday i am feeling too much tired, i also had fever, stomach pain and loose motion. I consulted a doctor after taking tablets now stomach pain and fever is not there, but i m feeling tired and my tongue is too bitter and there is a growling sound in my stomach. Pls can u let me know what is the problem
