Hello. Had My Implant Out On The 14Th October. Got

Hello. Had my implant out on the 14Th October. Got my first period after on the 3rd December 2014 till the 8th. I now have a pulse like feeling in my vagina and ive no clue what it is? I only seem to get it when im sat down or laying down! Any ideas? Thanks
