Hello, Here In The Last Few Months I Have Experienced

Hello, Here in the last few months i have experienced alot of time where i notice that i dont have much energy... I get very shakey and light headed. The only thing that seems to help is a soda or something small and sweet. Everyone keeps saying i should have my blood sugar checked. Blood sugar problems do fun in the family so, what do you think?
