Hello. How significant is borderline fixed global hypokinesis. Had myocardial perfusion imaging done with exercise sestamibi stress test. Opinion was no scintigraphic evidence for myocardial ischemia. Borderline dilated left ventricle with impaired LV function. 50 yearsof age very active in exercise and an avid cyclist approx. 7000 kms per year. Thank you.
