Hello, I Going To Be Flying To Germany Next Week
Hello,
I Going to be flying to Germany next week but have a fear of flying. It's a 9.5 hour nonstop flight so I'm hoping to sleep through most of it. I was prescribed .5mg Ativan with the direction to take 2 one hour before the flight. I was wondering two things;
* How often during the flight I can take the Ativan
* Can I also safely take 3mg Melatonin with the Ativan so that I can sleep longer
