Hello, I A 52 Female And Seem To Be Experiencing

Hello, I a 52 female and seem to be experiencing fatigue and tiredness unable to concentrate irritable. Also, a red bruise has appeared on my left arm. The first time it was the size of a half dollar this time its the size of a quarter. I just appear and then go away. I do have problems with anemia and thinking maybe I just need to increase my iron and add B12.
