Hello, I Accidentally Put Pedia Lax Into My 2 Year

Hello, I accidentally put pedia lax into my 2 year olds vagina? I inserted it in to the rectum and she kept moving if came out and went into her vaginal area. Will this cause harm to her? She went pre afterwards and had some blood in the vaginal area.
