Hello, I Am 10weeks Pregnant. Had Two Scan Already And

Hello, I am 10weeks pregnant. Had two scan already and was told gestational sac was present but yolk absent,and fetal heart activity absent. I'm to go for another checkup in 7days time, for a final confirmation but the doctor is stating that she's 90%sure I may have had missed miscarriage. Is it okay to conclude about having a missed miscarriagen now? As I haven't blend, although i no longer have abnorminal pain like i used to,few weeks back and my breast seems reduced?
