Hello I Am 14 And I Have Had Man Boobs

Hello I am 14 and I have had man boobs since I was 11 or 12 I am skinny fat and recently lost 40 pounds. I wish I could get rid of them I want to know if I have gynocomastia I feel a rubbery texture behind my nipple but I also feel that rubbery texture around my whole chest area but not as rubbery. Are there any medicines or remedies I can do to get rid of them ?? Thank you
