Hello I Am 15 And Very Embarrassed Of The Condition

Hello I am 15 and very embarrassed of the condition of my vulva. It smells foul at times and has sort of a black discharge that's sticky on the sides of my labia minora. I kind of think they are maybe from not washing right after masterbation but I'm not sure and I refuse to go to a doctor until I'm 18 because I'd be extremely uncomfortable letting someone touch me down there. I'm able to clean it out with toilet paper so there's that and also when I normally discharge its healthy and white/clear and has little to no smell. Idk what other information to write down but I have not had sex yet but masterbate at least a couple times a week.
