Hello, I am 16 and I have a lower back pain on my left side that runs up to my upper back and neck and is causing a headache, it gets worse every time I breathe deeply or just breathe, I have to be taking small soft breathes so it's not as bad, and my kidneys keep twitching, what could it be?
