Hello I Am 16 Years Old Yesterday I Was Playing

Hello I am 16 years old yesterday I was playing football and I fell and when I was on the ground kid ran on my arm and at first I thought he broke it because I couldnt feel it but I eventually regain feeling but it hurt really bad and where he stepped on my arm you can still see his foot print with his shoe and it still hurts and is tingling down my figures and up my arm and I dont know if I should go to ER or not
