Hello, I Am 17 Years Old And My Stomach Burns

Hello, I am 17 years old and my stomach burns really bad. It feels like it's on fire. This burning sensation has been coming and going recently this year. I have also had trouble breathing, when my stomach burns. This is the most intense pain I've been in today. My shirt is a little wet from where my stomach is. I don't know what to do. Please help me.
