Hello I Am 18 And Have Had A Steady Partner

Hello I am 18 and have had a steady partner for 2 years, I was diagnosed with a fully biconorate uterus at 15. I am now a week late on my period how ever upon taking two pregnancy tests that are negative I'm am very confused, I have always been regular and have been told that with my condition it is possible to get negative tests back. Any advice?
