Hello I Am 18 And Recently I Have Noticed Tiny

Hello I am 18 and recently I have noticed tiny bumps on the bottom of my vaginal opening on the labia minora. I have been having rough unprotected sex and fall asleep after with the semen still in me. I do not know what these bumps are. There's multiple bumps and they are flesh colored and don't burn or itch. From when I first noticed, some bumps already went away. Also my discharge is thicker than usual I'm thinking I may have a yeast infection but I want to know if it sounds like an std but it doesn't look like any of the pictures I saw for HPV (not warts) it is in an area that I know it's not from shaving . And it looks like swollen glands. What do you think?
