Hello, I Am 18 Years Old And Have Had Irregular

Hello, I am 18 years old and have had irregular periods my whole life. But recently I have not had one since the end of February of 2015. I just found a bulge or lump in my vagina on the right side and I was wondering if it was a cyst and if it has caused my irregular periods to occur. I have not been able to find a gynecologist that will take my insurance. I am just cautious to understand and figure out what is going on with my body.
