Hello I Am 19 And Experiencing A Slight Pain/vibration In

Hello I am 19 and experiencing a slight pain/vibration in my groin area sometimes left side and some times in the right side..this occurs when I masturbate for two to three nights continuously and then settle down over one day ...... What may be the reason....... I got tested for hernia...and doctor said there are no symptoms of hernia.....what can be the problem and do I need to consult a doctor....
