Hello I Am 19 Years Old And Figures Out That

Hello I am 19 years old and figures out that my nipple of my left breast hurts there is no lump nothing but a green vein. I have also noticed that my right breast is bigger than my left is it normal? Another thing my nipples haven't completely formed is that normal? Please help
