I am 19 years old male, I am experiencing some dull pain on the glans of penis. It pains whenever it touches my underwear or if u touch it lightly. But not an unbearable pain just a dull ache . I dont know how it started but I am having this dull pain from 4 days . There is no redness , soreness, rash ,itch or burning while urinating and I am having clear urine .so I want to know what could be the cause of it and should I be worried about it? Is it related to masturbation ? Will it go on its own?
