Hello, I am 2 weeks after abdominal myomectomy and since then I'm drinking lots of lemon water ( which I thought will be good for me ) but today I've heard I should avoid any type of citrus after op . Will you please tell me why ? As I can't find any answer for it ? Is there anything else I should avoid ?
