Hello I Am 21 Years Old And I've Smoked Marijuana

Hello I am 21 years old and I've smoked marijuana for a couple years and recently my lymph nodes were a little swollen and my neck has been a little tight like muscle tension, it might be because I'm very nervous and stressed about what this problem might be. I've stopped smoking marijuana since and it's been 10 days and the lymph nodes were smaller but I still feel discomfort (not painful) in the area..I've also found small red spots in the back of my throat and bumps on my tongue, I'm very scared what this might be..please help, thank you
