Hello, I Am 22 Years Old, Female, And Lately I

I am 22 years old, female, and lately I have been expierencing a heart rate of 103 while not being able to sleep for the past week. I have this rate while laying down typically at night time, resting positions ext. I am a smoker but have not ever expierenced my heart rate this high before. Could this be signs of a clot? I am on June FE birth control, and been smoking a pack a day for 4 years. I recently got a new job but am not anxious about it. I am shakey lately and been eating healthy and well. I do not understand why I am having this happen.
