Hello, I Am 23 Years Old. I Has Been 112

Hello, I am 23 years old. I has been 112 days since my last period. I have taken two pregnancy tests, both negative. I haven't been on birth control in 10 months. I had been checked twice for PCOS by blood test and ultrasound and both times the results came back that everything was normal. I was put on a high estrogen birth control to "force" my body to cycle regularily. The reason I got tested was opposite of my concern now, I was getting my period more then once per month and sometimes it lasted for 14 days at a time. I was also put on depo provera three years ago and i bled lightly every day for the entire year I was on it. What could be going on? Could I be pre menoposal? Or is this just my bodies regular cycle?
