Hello I Am 24 Years Male. I Have A Problem

Hello I am 24 years male. I have a problem of two colored bottom lip from. It may visible very much sometime and can be disappeared sometime. But now its again visible very much. Most of the time when I visit any other state or city it starts becoming very visible. Please tell me what could be the cause and how can I fix this.
