"Hello, I am 25 years old, and my partner and I have been trying to conceive for the past 2 years. At first I didn't think much of it, but after a year, I knew something was wrong. I went in to see a gynecologist I was referred to, I was prescribed with Clomid because I was in fact irregular with my periods. Whether it was more than 30 days for me to start my menstrual cycle or it would last longer than 7 days. (Up to 2 weeks) my gynecologist prescribed it to me for about 6 months and told me if I didnt come out pregnant to go back and see what other options I have. Unfortunately during the 6 months, I did try Ovulations test strips and either it wouldnt show a positive result, or it would show a positive result but 3-4 days before my Menstrual cycle arrived. I went back after the 6 months of no pregnancy positive result and I was referred to a doctor where I was able to do a HSG, but now my menstrual cycle has been lasting 2 weeks so they are not acceptin me to go in until I am 7 days , not 2 weeks. It has got me frustruated and I do not want to go back to the gynecologist because it seems like shes in a rush with me and doesnt do any explanation or tell me what may be wrong or what my options can be. I have been referred to another doctor , but im not sure what to ask if my blood tests before have came out good. Any help or advice may help
