Hello I Am 25 Years Old,I Recently Had Fever Followed

Hello I am 25 years old,I recently had fever followed by post medication if was back to normal but now I have pain in both my ankles with swelling in one, mild pain on left knee and right elbow.
Doctor has given pentids 400 for 15 days along with becozyme c 40.Also My ESR was 62 when i had fever and now its 32
Will this medicine help ?
