Hello, I Am 26 Year Male. I Met With An

Hello, I am 26 year male. I met with an accident on 4th may. I have multiple fractures on knee. Suffering due to blood in joints.
Doctor drained out knee joint blood twice but it comes again.
Now they told to wait for 2 weeks, after that they will remove blood from joints again.

But now pain started at left calf muscle. When I stand up using Walker or go for pee, left calf muscle pains to badly. I can't even stand for a minute.
Can you please tell me the reason for calf muscle pain.
