I am 27 years old and I was on depo for about 4 years. I stopped taking it in March 2015. I then got a period in August 2015 then nothing again untill Jan. 2016. I didnt have on in Feb. then I began taking Vitex and got a light period in March, then another on in April. I did ovulate during the 2015 Aug. and Jan 2016 but didnt check the one in march but some symptoms of it so i assume that i did. My husband and I are planning our first official try this month. I was wondering when should I stop taking the vitex?
