Hello, I Am 28 Years Old. I Havent Had Sex

Hello, I am 28 years old. I havent had sex recently or mastubated recently but I believe I must have had an erection while asleep. Now, I feel pain during urinating and after the urine comes some amount of blood. this has continued for the past 24 hours. When I am not urinating, I am okay but after passing out urine, there is pain and some blood. I think there must be an internal injury somewhere. what can I do?
