Hello, I am 29 years old. ALways my nails have been very shiny n grow a lot but for last 2-3 months my nails are breaking from the edges/ top. they also tear apart in two layers at the ends, especially in the index, middle fingers and the thumb.
Is it calcium deficiency? can I have Cipcal 500 Mg, 1 tab / day , for how long?
