Hello I Am 29 Years Old And Have Recently Had

Hello I am 29 years old and have recently had tests done at cardiologist and I have a slow heart rate of around 40-50 bpm when I sit down but heart rate goes up to over 100 upon standing, I also got tilt table test and have been told I have vasovagal syncope, I haven't been for my review for all the results yet , I am feeling unwell the past couple of days, upon sitting my her rate is in the 40s and I sometimes feel my chest is tight and coughing makes me feel a bit better, getting dizzy when standing, please help!
