Hello,
I am 30 years old and have some spider veins in my legs, but no varicose veins. I have noticed for a few months a new vein on my forehead which was not visible before. I cannot really see much color, but the skin seems to sink in there, as if it were attached to the vein. I have had mild headaches for a while. I was wondering if this could be a sign of disease and if I can do anything about it. I have not lost weight significantly, I'm not taking medication and I don't do excessive physical training.
