Hello, I Am 32 Weeks Pregnant And Have Developed Painful

Hello, I am 32 weeks pregnant and have developed painful hemorrhoids. They are so bad I went to the ER, the doctor Lanced and took out a blood clot. I have never felt pain so severe, however, I still have protruding hemorrhoids that are very painful. how long is this pain going to last and/or how long is recovery from the incision. I thought once the Hemorrhoid was lanced that my anus was going to be pretty much back to normal but I still have these swollen hemorrhoids. Is that normal?
