Hello, I Am 34 Years Old Female. I Am 5ft

Hello, I am 34 years old female. I am 5ft 4inches and weigh 180 pounds. I've noticed recently that the roof of my mouth is goes numb. I don't experience a tingling sensation that is associated with you foot "going to sleep. It is more of a loss of sensation. I feel a slight pressure when I press my tongue against my palate but nothing more. I do have an osteiod osteoma in posterior portion the vertebral body in my T12. Should I be concerned?
