Hello. I Am 37 Weeks Pregnant And (im Very Ashamed

Hello. I am 37 weeks pregnant and (im very ashamed to say) but I have been using meth for the last 2 days intravenously. My ankles are so swollen I cant see the ankle bones. My toes dont seem to be swollen though. I get swollen ankles sometimes through my pregnancy and using meth in any way is not a habit ive been endulging on a regular basis while pregnant. Any ideas what it could be?
