Hello, I Am 37 Years Old And I Had Synovectomy

Hello, I am 37 years old and I had synovectomy in hip and illopsoas lengthening done two weeks ago. I started having a low grade fever ,100 degrees for a few days. I had a dizzy spell with cold sweats, headache and nausea. I thought I was going to faint. Later in the evening I had a smaller spell. Its better now. My head feels a little heavy and I just don't feel well. It doesn't feel like the flu. I have no congestion, sore throat, body aches etc. Should I be worried because I recently had surgery??
