Hello I Am 37 Years Old And I Have Been

Hello I am 37 years old and I have been experiencing dizzy spells. they started months ago but have been coming with more frequency and lasting longer. they started I would have 1 about 1 a month. they are now daily and lasting longer with longer recovery time, after each dizzy spell I have a period of confusion similar to drunkenness and a headache similar to a hangover. I have not drank for many years.
