I am 42 and have crohn's (2 resections in past) I had a baby last year with full term no complications. Trying to conceive now and went for an ovarian reserve ultrasound today and they saw 6 follicles and free fluid behind uterus.
I do feel bloated and crampy from the crohns...what can that fluid be? Infection, perforated organ? Inflammation?
