Hello, I Am 45 And Had My Tubes Tied In

Hello, I am 45 and had my tubes tied in 2004 after the birth of my son. I have had painful period most of my life but each ultrasound is negative for fibroids or polyps. My prior cycle was 8 days late and this cycle scale a week early and has lasted now 9 days. I have cramps and headaches the entire time. The discharge has been heavy but now it's brownish. Should I be concerned? I've been really lethargic.
