Hello. I Am 48 Years Old. I Have Hashimotos And

Hello. I am 48 years old. I have Hashimotos and take thyroid daily since I was 40. I was 148lbs. My total cholesterol in March 10, 2018 was 225, Trig- 72, LDL 143, Non HDLCholesterol 160, HDLP chol 65, and chol/HSLC ratio 3.5.

I am back on my 3-4 days running 4 miles, I drink Metamucil every night and have been conscious about limiting cheese and yogurt and not eating chips, crackers etc. Eating more plants. I currently weigh 137 Just retested on 6/29/18 and results were: Cholesterol total 211, HDL 57, Trig 84, LDL 136, Chol HDLC ratio 3.7, nonHDL 154.

Is this a significant change in this 3 1/2 month period or not so much? How much can I expect to see cholesterol change in a 3 month period?
