Hello. I Am 50 Years Of Age And I Have

Hello. I am 50 years of age and I have VA medical. My vision was tested at 20 - 13 (left eye ) and 20 -15 (right eye ) last year, at this time. Over the last 6 months, I have noticed that my vision , especially at close distance, has become blurred, to a point that I have trouble reading labels, phone font and other script of that nature. Also, I noticed brown spots on my eyeball (sclera) and the bottom half of both eyes is a reddish brown in color. My question is : Is this the beginning of vision failure?
